The wire was used to power equipment during outages.Depetris was arrested Friday, Sept. 25, on charges including burglary, grand theft with property damage over $1,000 and dealing in stolen property. JSO said the thefts could have created a risk of widespread service outages. Anyone who sees someone entering or tampering with critical infrastructure sites is asked to call 904-630-0500.
