WATCH: Viking Football Hosts Dakota State

VALLEY CITY, ND (NewsDakota.com) The Viking football team returns home Saturday to face Dakota State. The Vikings are trying to break a four-game losing streak, all lost in the final 33 seconds or less. Touchdowns with 12, 33, and 19 seconds left vaulted Eastern Oregon, Simpson, and Rocky Mountain over the Vikings before last week s field goal at the horn led Mayville State to a 36-33 win over the Vikings in Mayville. Dakota State is 4-3 overall, and also 0-2 in league play. After a strong start to the year, the Trojans dropped an 11-point loss to Montana Tech, the top team in the Frontier East, before being beaten last week at home by Dickinson State 20-19. Kickoff is at 4 PM. You can view the game in the window below.
