Two Dudes Seafood owners plan December opening for Circa 26 steakhouse in Jacksonville Beach

The owners of Two Dudes Seafood Restaurants in Northeast Florida plan to open Circa 26, a new steakhouse in Jacksonville Beach, in December.Tom and Jenne Corsano are renovating the space at 1067 Beach Boulevard. The Corsanos partnered with Quincey Cattle Beef, which raises cattle on its ranch in Chiefland, Florida. Beef will be wet-aged for about 21 days, then dry-aged at the restaurant for 14 to 28 days or longer, depending on the cut.Circa 26 plans to cut its steaks in-house using a Hobart 5614 meat saw. Bone-in options will include filet, New York strip, ribeye, porterhouse and T-bone. With a call-ahead reservation, guests can order a whole filet roasted and carved tableside to share.
