BACOVA — Thomas “Tommy” Anderson Folks Jr., 65, of Bacova, passed away Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026, at his residence. Tommy was born Sept. 6, 1961, in Washington, D.C., the son of the late Thomas Anderson Folks Sr. and Gwendolin Dale Purvis Folks. He retired from Lowry Masonry and Construction after 17 years of dedicated service.
