
South Dakota man killed in western North Dakota motorcycle crash

STARK COUNTY, N.D. — A 65-year-old motorcyclist from Yankton, South Dakota, died in a crash in western North Dakota Friday, Oct. 9. The man was traveling westbound on Old Highway 10 near the 12400 block, west of South Heart, North Dakota, when he failed to negotiate a curve, according to a North Dakota Highway Patrol crash report. His motorcycle left the roadway and struck a fence bordering Interstate 94. The man was not wearing a helmet and sustained fatal injuries, the release said. South Heart is about 11 miles west of Dickinson, North Dakota. North Dakota Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the crash.]]>
