The Clay County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a hit-and-run crash that sent a juvenile to the hospital on Monday. According to the CCSO, the driver left the scene after the collision in Orange Park at Polk and Harrison avenues.The juvenile was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
